Dear Dan:

I had another wonderful ride on Doppler this weekend. It was very cold and windy so the Doppler was “fresh” and perfect. I used the techniques you showed me to warm him up and get him round and compliant……and at the same time relaxing myself....then I had my lesson with Fran.

She finds the improvement in my riding and the difference in the Doppler’s attitude amazing and it is all thanks to your training, but most important, your unique ability to unite the horse and rider as a happy, confident and cooperative team. I have never seen horses respond to a trainer so positively and quickly…..and enjoy it. 

I know that Doppler and I can go to shows and trail rides or anywhere at all and have a safe and productive time. No more fearful or tense moments for us! For that I thank you more than words could ever express. I’m sure Doppler feels the same way. 

Your work with my mare is unbelievable as well. I never imagined myself even riding “Sister”, much less going cross country on her. You have made that possible for me. 

Thanks for being there for me, for your patience, kindness and hospitality, and especially for the “bravery” training that only you can do.
